Season 5 Marketing Partnership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Season 5 Marketing Partnership with The Cameo Bobo Show, the Partner agrees to the following terms:

1. Partnership Confirmation
Your Marketing Partnership is confirmed once the completed Partner Form and full payment are received. Partnership opportunities are limited and subject to availability.

2. Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your partnership. Production, filming, interviews, promotional content, and television placement will not be scheduled until payment has been received.

3. Partner Materials & Deadlines
Partners are responsible for providing requested materials—including logos, commercials, business information, links, photos, and other assets—by the deadlines provided by The Cameo Bobo Show. Late materials may affect the scheduled television or promotional placement.

4. Commercial Requirements
All television advertisements must meet the technical, content, and broadcast requirements provided by The Cameo Bobo Show and/or its broadcast outlet. The Cameo Bobo Show reserves the right to request modifications to materials that do not meet these requirements or are inappropriate for the program.

5. Interviews & Content Production
Partners whose packages include an interview, promotional reel, or other original content agree to work with our team to schedule production. If a Partner needs to reschedule, reasonable notice must be provided. Failure to participate in scheduled production or provide necessary information may result in the loss of that portion of the partnership.

6. Television & Production Scheduling
Episode taping dates, air dates, and promotional schedules are subject to change due to production, broadcast, technical, scheduling, or other circumstances. If a change occurs, The Cameo Bobo Show will make reasonable efforts to provide the Partner with comparable placement.

7. Content & Brand Permission
By participating, the Partner grants The Cameo Bobo Show permission to use the Partner's business name, logo, approved photographs, video, commercial, interview footage, and other submitted materials as needed to fulfill and promote the partnership across television, social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials.

8. Partner Use of Created Content
Partners may share and use final promotional content created specifically for their partnership on their own website, social media, and business marketing. Raw footage and project/editing files are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Refunds & Cancellations
Marketing Partnership payments are non-refundable once production, content creation, promotional services, or television placement associated with the partnership has begun. If The Cameo Bobo Show is unable to fulfill a purchased partnership, reasonable efforts will be made to provide comparable placement, reschedule services, or otherwise resolve the unfulfilled portion of the partnership.

10. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Marketing partnerships are designed to provide television exposure, promotional content, and/or social media visibility according to the selected package. The Cameo Bobo Show does not guarantee a specific number of sales, customers, leads, views, impressions, followers, or other business results.

11. Content Approval
The Cameo Bobo Show maintains final editorial and production control over its television program and original content. Partner messaging will be represented professionally, but participation does not provide editorial control over the show or final episode.

12. Agreement
By submitting the Marketing Partner Form and payment, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Season 5 Marketing Partnership Terms & Conditions.
